The small runs from 10 to 20 centimetres, which is genuinely small enough for a kitten or a toy breed. Most decorative pet jewellery starts at a size that only fits an adult cat.
For an animal that will not wear fabric, a single charm at the throat is the whole of what it will accept. It photographs clearly and it is off again in one movement.
The supplier files this as a collar. It is not one. Knowing that before it arrives is worth more than the fifty pence you would save buying it from someone who lets you assume otherwise.

A fine gold tone chain with black ribbon threaded through the links, an enamel charm hanging from a jump ring, and a swivel clasp at the back. It weighs between ten and fourteen grams. The listing describes velvet and files the item under collars, and both of those are wrong in ways that change how you should use it.
A collar is a load bearing loop with a buckle rated to hold an animal. This has a lightweight clasp meant to hold its own weight and no more. It will not take a lead, it should not carry the identification tag your dog is legally required to wear in public, and it has no breakaway section.
Leave the normal collar on and put this above it, closer to the jaw. The working collar keeps carrying the tag and the microchip details stay the thing that gets your animal home. The chain sits clear of the buckle so there is no hard point pressing in from two directions.
Set the length so the chain hangs rather than grips. There is no slider, so the size you choose is the size you get: ten to twenty centimetres, twenty to thirty, or thirty to forty. Measure round the neck with a soft tape, add two fingers of room, and buy the band that contains that number rather than the one it sits at the very top of.
The black cat on a pumpkin is the busiest and reads well close up. The ghost in a witch hat is pale and is the one that shows against a dark coat. The spider is the smallest and simply looks like a dark shape from more than a metre away, which suits an animal you photograph in close up rather than across a room.
All three hang from a jump ring rather than being welded on. That is normal for costume jewellery and secure enough in ordinary handling, but it is not chew proof, and an animal that grooms hard at its own throat will eventually find it.

Neck circumference only, because there is nothing else to fit. The bands overlap at the boundaries, so a 20cm neck can take either the small or the medium; choose the one where your measurement sits in the middle rather than at an end, since a fixed length chain has no adjustment to fall back on.

The swivel clasp is small and doing it up one handed on a cat who will not sit still takes a few goes. Once on it sits nicely and weighs next to nothing. I only put it on when I am there to take it off again, since there is no breakaway release.
Fabric of any kind is out of the question with this cat, so a single charm at the throat is the whole of what she will tolerate. It went on, she shook once, and then ignored it completely. Off again in one movement when we had finished taking photographs.
The description is honest that this is jewellery and will not take a lead or a tag, so I knew exactly what was coming. It is worn alongside her proper collar for an evening and then it goes back in the box. At ten grams she carries it as though it is nothing.

It looks lovely for the first few wears and the spider charm is nicely made. The black ribbon woven through the chain has started to fuzz where the clasp rubs against it, after maybe six outings. It is decorative so I did not expect hard wearing, but it is worth saying.
We tried a hat last year and got one blurry picture of a cat escaping. A charm at the throat photographs cleanly because she stays still and behaves normally. The ghost in the witch hat is the design I would pick again.
The chain is a warmer yellow than the photograph suggests and against a ginger coat it slightly disappears. On our black cat it would look far better. No complaints about the build, and the clasp swivels properly so the chain does not twist round.
Ten to twenty centimetres sounds too small to be real, and it is not. It fits our eleven week old kitten with the clasp on the middle link. Everything else I looked at started at adult cat size, and the ghost charm is about the size of a thumbnail so it shows clearly in photographs.
