Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery is a flat £3.99 per order, and free on orders over £45. The charge is shown on your bag and again at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

Every order is tracked. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Contact our team with your order number and we'll share the next steps. Returned items should be in their original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
